In the Pro●Action program, we aim to enable people to become more effective in achieving important life goals and to promote positive motivational states when carrying out day-to-day activities. Therefore, in this program, participants reflect about their objectives, establish priorities of objectives, define action plans, and set strategies to deal with the obstacles to their objectives.
Above all, Pro●Action is a challenge to the extraordinary opportunity we have to maximize human functioning through stimulating motivation and achieving personal goals.
