The Pro●Stress program aims to develop stress management skills in a variety of contexts (individual, educational, sports, professional, etc.).
Stress management training is based on a theoretical model explaining human adaptation to changing events, including factors that maximize personal, social, and occupational adjustment to stressful situations. (See more)
With Pro●Stress, we aim to enable people to be more effective in dealing with situations of daily stress and, perhaps even more significantly, to promote optimal functioning when facing stressful activities and events. Therefore, in this program, participants reflect about their sources of stress, define action plans in order to cope with stress, and set strategies to deal with the obstacles to their action plans.
Above all, Pro●Stress is a challenge to the extraordinary opportunity we have to maximize human functioning through stimulating adaptation to coping with stressful events.
By the end of the program, participants can enlist our support in monitoring the implementation of life skills to their life contexts. If this interests you, contact us or visit our website to keep up with our intervention proposals.
In sum, Pro●Stress is essentially a challenge to the positive and transforming use of stress management skills! We therefore invite you to join us in this challenging journey!
