The Pro●Planning program aims to develop time management skills in a variety of contexts (individual, educational, sports, professional, etc.). Time management training is based on a theoretical model explaining human adaptation to changing events, including factors that can facilitate and debilitate time management, in order to sensitize participants about how to effectively carry out day-to-day activities. In the Pro●Planning, we aim to enable people to be more effective in time management by training strategies that augment the chances of carrying out day-to-day activities. Therefore, in this program, participants reflect about their daily routines, establish priorities of activities, define action plans in order to fulfill the planed schedules, and set strategies to deal with the obstacles to their planned activities.
Above all, Pro●Planning is a challenge to the extraordinary opportunity we have to maximize human functioning through stimulating time management and achieving multiple life activities.
