Neste \u00e2mbito, quanto mais os l\u00edderes usarem estilos de gest\u00e3o ativa do poder; o feedback positivo ao bom desempenho dos seus colaboradores; e basearem a sua lideran\u00e7a numa rela\u00e7\u00e3o de confian\u00e7a com os membros da sua equipa, motivando-os a darem o seu melhor em busca de uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o positiva para todos, maior ser\u00e1 a efic\u00e1cia da sua lideran\u00e7a. Esta indica\u00e7\u00e3o valoriza a import\u00e2ncia de, na Sa\u00fade, os l\u00edderes dominarem diferentes comportamentos de lideran\u00e7a, com primazia substancial para a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da&nbsp;<strong>lideran\u00e7a transformacional,&nbsp;<\/strong>procurando cativar os profissionais de sa\u00fade para o envolvimento em ideais coletivos, ben\u00e9ficos para todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lideran\u00e7a no contexto da sa\u00fade depende ainda de fatores antecedentes(ou envolventes \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o do l\u00edder) que s\u00e3o fundamentais para o entendimento da lideran\u00e7a. Concretamente, a efic\u00e1cia da a\u00e7\u00e3o do l\u00edder ser\u00e1 condicionada pelas caracter\u00edsticas situacionais (e.g., expectativas, n\u00edvel de exig\u00eancia da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, elevado n\u00famero de utentes, escassez de recursos);
