Assim, os pais s\u00e3o fundamentais na vida dos atletas e o modo como se envolvem influencia a vis\u00e3o dos atletas acerca da sua atividade desportiva. Neste sentido, os progenitores podem ser respons\u00e1veis por uma vis\u00e3o positiva ou negativa do desporto, dependendo do tipo de envolvimento que proporcionam, sendo este um fator determinante para o sucesso ou insucesso dos atletas no desporto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tipos de envolvimento parental<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Baixo envolvimento<\/strong>: falta de interesse ao n\u00edvel financeiro, emocional e funcional, bem como pelo progresso desportivo do filho.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Envolvimento moderado<\/strong>: comportamento firme, mas flex\u00edvel, permitindo aos filhos tomarem decis\u00f5es; estes pais est\u00e3o presentes nos momentos importantes e d\u00e3o apoio, estimulando a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o dos filhos.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Envolvimento excessivo<\/strong>: sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o entre as necessidades e expectativas pessoais dos pais e a atividade desportiva dos filhos (ex: presen\u00e7a ass\u00eddua nos treinos, tend\u00eancia a estabelecer objetivos irreais e, consequentemente, press\u00e3o para que estes sejam alcan\u00e7ados) com impacto negativo na motiva\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um papel positivo das figuras parentais pode ser promotor de efeitos ben\u00e9ficos no modo como os atletas praticam desporto como, por exemplo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Maior perce\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancia;<\/li><li>Maior prazer;<\/li><li>Maior motiva\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>Maior autonomia;<\/li><li>Maior entusiasmo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.e-cv.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/footballer-g8fa280417_1920-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2984\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.e-cv.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/footballer-g8fa280417_1920-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.e-cv.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/footballer-g8fa280417_1920-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.e-cv.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/footballer-g8fa280417_1920-1024x684.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.e-cv.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/footballer-g8fa280417_1920-600x401.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.e-cv.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/footballer-g8fa280417_1920-272x182.jpg 272w, https:\/\/www.e-cv.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/footballer-g8fa280417_1920.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estes comportamentos t\u00eam uma maior probabilidade de ocorrer quando os pais utilizam comportamentos de apoio e elogio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por outro lado, um papel negativo dos pais pode ser promotor de efeitos prejudiciais como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Aumento da ansiedade;<\/li><li>Aumento da tens\u00e3o face ao desporto;<\/li><li>Descontentamento;<\/li><li>Menor divers\u00e3o no desporto.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estes comportamentos tendem a acontecer quando os pais utilizam comportamentos de press\u00e3o e cr\u00edtica face ao modo como os filhos atuam durante as competi\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assim, \u00e9 importante perceber que os pais s\u00e3o fundamentais no desenvolvimento do atleta, contudo, devem ser apoiados pelos profissionais envolvidos (treinadores, psic\u00f3logos) para que possam adotar um envolvimento saud\u00e1vel e positivo compreender os potenciais riscos de um envolvimento negativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leituras adicionais<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bonavolont\u00e0, V., et al.
